Writing has been my passion ever since I was a little girl. I wrote, illustrated, and published my own storybooks when I was nine years old. I started keeping personal journals since I was twelve. And it never stopped. I made letters, whipped up poems and essays, drafted memos, prepared speeches, and simply wrote and wrote and wrote. I recently added crafting content for websites and other marketing and promotional materials, and blogging to my repertoire.
I graduated from the University of the Philippines at Los Baños in 2006 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Economics. As a student, I worked as a student assistant in several departments in UPLB, as a part-time after-school tutor for kids, as an online English tutor for Koreans. After graduation, I proceeded to working as a full-time grade school teacher, teaching Science, Filipino, and Financial Literacy subjects.
In 2008, I officially moved to Davao. I worked as a Sales Officer for an IT company and as a Business Development Consultant for a research company. Three years after the move, writing came knocking at my door again and I finally decided to embrace it for life.
